MISSION STATEMENT
Anyone benefiting from humanity is therefore obligated too its preservation. This social contract is the premise on which
the Society for the Preservation of Humanity was founded in 1993. In this, "The Age of Mediocrity," intellectual
standardizing is devolving human capacity to critically think. SPH produces ARTFUNCTIONS, an ongoing series of exhibitions,
performances, slide lectures and creative process demonstrations especially conceived to stimulate people's imaginations in
the effort to create a healthy society and make life on earth extraordinary.
IN THE NAME OF CREATION
An idea formulated in the human mind is just as miraculous
as the creation of the universe itself-
and the exchange of that idea from one person to another
is no less amazing than the creation of life.
